一辆日本原装五十铃多用途货车,装用4JB1柴油发动机,累计行程18万km。驾驶员报修时反映,该车一段时间以来,发动机漏油严重,每次长途运行都必须带一桶(4L)机油备用。汽车载货上坡,有时离合器打滑。经其他修理厂检修后,故障依旧。笔者接手后进行检查,看到发动机与变速器连接处有明显的机油泄漏痕迹,且不时有机油在慢慢地往下滴(每分钟约5滴)。察看油底壳并无漏油痕迹,怀疑是发动机曲轴后油封损坏所致。拆下变速器总成、离合器压盘及发动
