虽然下偏杠铃平衡技术对游梁式抽油机的运行可靠性、节能性等许多方面都有显著的功效,但下偏杠铃在抽油机运行过程中所产生的惯性力却不可忽视。本文从理论上对其惯性力进行了分析并得出结论:抽油机运行的冲次和下偏杠铃的质量是限定下偏杠铃平衡技术的重要参数。这不仅丰富了下偏杠铃平衡技术理论,而且提出了正确使用这项技术的理论规范。
Although the lower barbell balance technology has significant effects on the operation reliability, energy saving and other aspects of the beam pumping unit, the inertial force generated by the lower barbell in the pumping unit operation can not be ignored. This paper theoretically analyzes its inertial force and concludes that the stroke of the pumping unit and the quality of the lower barbell are the important parameters that define the lower barbell balance technology. This not only enriches the theory of lower barbell balance technology, but also puts forward the theoretical norms of using this technology correctly.
