妊娠合并白血病,使病情更加复杂,如何正确处理这一问题仍是临床上的一个疑难课题。本文报告妊娠合并急性白血病3例,并复习文献着重就妊娠不同阶段合并白血病及其临床处理作简要讨论。
Pregnancy complicated with leukemia, so that the condition is more complicated, how to deal with this problem is still a clinically difficult issue. This article reports 3 cases of pregnancy complicated with acute leukemia and reviewed the literature focused on different stages of pregnancy complicated by leukemia and its clinical treatment for a brief discussion.
