在闽南、台湾等地,早就有贮存和饮用陈茶的传统。近年来,饮用陈香型铁观音的群体不断扩大,一些乌龙茶龙头企业也有生产陈香型铁观音。因此,尽快研究和制定陈香型铁观音标准,扩大产业链,对促进乌龙茶产业持续健康发展具有重要的现实意义。
In southern Fujian, Taiwan and other places, there have long been the tradition of storing and drinking Chencha. In recent years, drinking Chen Xiang Tieguanyin groups continue to expand, some oolong tea leading enterprises also produce Chen Xiang Tieguanyin.
