流行病学调查及动物实验结果均表明,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)具有抗动脉粥样硬化作用。作者为进一步了解HDL在细胞水平上的作用,建立了用密度梯度区带超速离心直接从新鲜家兔血清中分离纯化HDL的方法;将HDL加入正常及高脂血兔血清,观察低密度脂蛋白(LDL)通过平滑肌细胞(SMC)LDL受体的cpm,并分别与各自未加HDL组比较,以了解HDL在正常及高脂情况下对LDL受体的作用.
Epidemiological investigation and animal experiments show that high-density lipoprotein (HDL) has anti-atherosclerotic effects. To further understand the role of HDL at the cellular level, a method was established to separate and purify HDL directly from fresh rabbit serum by density gradient zone ultracentrifugation. HDL was added to normal and hyperlipidemic serum to observe the effect of low density lipoprotein (LDL) through the cpm of smooth muscle cell (SMC) LDL receptors and compared with their respective HDL-free groups to understand the effect of HDL on LDL receptors in normal and hyperlipidemic conditions.
