为了给路面铣刨机铣刨系统参数匹配提供参考,以LXH1000型全液压路面铣刨机为对象,对路面铣刨机铣削载荷特性进行了研究。采用数学解析法,研究了刀具铣削运动轨迹,建立了刀具铣削厚度及铣刨转子累积铣削厚度随铣刨转子转角变化的模型,分析了影响路面铣刨机铣削载荷的因素,并通过现场铣刨试验进行了验证。结果表明:路面铣刨机铣刨转子累积铣削厚度具有高频周期性变化的特点,铣刨转子旋转速度和刀具数量决定了铣刨转子累积铣削厚度变化的频率,路面铣刨机行走速度和铣刨转子旋转速度决定了铣刨转子累积铣削厚度的均值,但铣刨转子累积铣削厚度的周期性变化与铣削载荷的波动之间没有明显联系。
In order to provide a reference for the parameters matching of road milling machine milling system, the milling load characteristics of road milling machine were studied with LXH1000 hydraulic road surface milling machine as object. Mathematical analysis is used to study the movement path of the cutter. The model of the cutter milling thickness and the accumulated milling thickness of the milling rotor with the rotation angle of the milling rotor is established. The factors affecting the milling load of the road milling machine are analyzed. The test was verified. The results show that the accumulated milling thickness of the milling rotor of the road milling machine has the characteristics of high frequency cyclical variation. The rotational speed of the milling rotor and the number of tools determine the frequency of cumulative milling thickness variation of the milling rotor, the walking speed of the milling machine of the road surface milling, The rotational speed of the planing rotor determines the mean value of the cumulative milling thickness of the milling rotor, but there is no clear correlation between the cyclical variations of the accumulated milling thickness of the milling rotor and the fluctuations of the milling load.
