首次从亚细胞水平证实沙棘与维生素E相似,对高脂血清损伤的干滑肌细胞有如下的保护作用:1.降低细胞内脂质过氧化物含量;2.减轻细胞膜的损伤;3.保护细胞健康生长并促其增生。
For the first time, it was confirmed from the subcellular level that seabuckthorn is similar to vitamin E, and has the following protective effects on dry-sliding muscle cells damaged by high-fat serum: 1. Decreased intracellular lipid peroxide content; 2. Reduced cell membrane damage; 3. Protection Cells grow healthy and promote their proliferation.
