安徽省萧县是国家级贫困县,面对脱贫攻坚的新形势、新任务,萧县关工委在加强青年农民新科技教育、助力脱贫攻坚方面形成了新思路。组建“五老”科技宣讲团和科技报告团,实现科教网络全覆盖。县关工委对全县已退休的农业老专家进行摸底登记,以乡镇为单位组建科技宣讲团24个,对231名农业老专家进行为期1至2天的培训,宣讲团已宣讲100多场次,受教育的青少年达1.3万多人次。
