[目的]研究12个芒果品种的4个抗氧化酶活性,分析其相关性并做出综合评价。[方法]测定12个不同成熟期芒果品种的抗氧化酶活性,采用相关、通径及隶属函数分析方法,研究不同成熟期芒果品种抗氧化酶活性差异。[结果]超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)与果实成熟天数间存在极显著差异,CAT对果实成熟期起到直接作用,直接通径系数为0.619,而SOD、POD可能通过CAT对果实成熟期起到间接作用,间接通径系数分别为-0.599 8、-0.588 7。12个芒果品种的隶属函数评价结果为桂热芒780-17、印度芒901号、桂热芒10号、桂热芒282号、桂热芒78-1号、桂热芒264号、斯里兰卡芒811号、桂热芒30号、桂热芒10-2号、泰国芒14号、桂热芒23号、红花本地芒。[结论]该研究可为探讨酶活与果实发育的相关性奠定基础。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the antioxidant enzyme activities of 12 mango cultivars, analyze their correlation and make a comprehensive evaluation. [Method] The antioxidant enzyme activities of 12 mango cultivars with different maturity stages were determined. The correlation, path length and membership function analysis were used to study the antioxidant enzyme activities of mango cultivars at different maturity stages. [Result] The results showed that there was a significant difference between the days of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) and fruit ripening days. CAT played a direct role in the ripening period of fruit. The direct path Coefficient of 0.619, and SOD, POD may play an indirect role in the ripening period of CAT through CAT, the indirect path coefficient was -0.599 8, -0.588 respectively. The membership function evaluation results of 12 mango cultivars were Guizintenshan 780-17 901 Mangosteen, No. 282 Guizintengmei, No. 78-1 Guizintengmei, No. 264 Guizintengmang, No. 811 of Sri Lanka Mount, No. 30 Guizintengmai, No. 10-2 Guangxi Guimao Man , Mangshan Thailand No. 14, Gui Hotan 23, saffron local Mount. [Conclusion] This study could lay the foundation for exploring the correlation between enzyme activity and fruit development.
