1 一般反应 一般皮内接种2～3周后,接种部位发生红肿、硬结,直径一般在0.5 cm以下,可自动吸收或破溃成为溃疡。8～12周左右自动结痂。脱落后形成凹形疤痕。少数人可有接种侧的腋下淋巴结轻度肿大,一般不需特殊处理,严禁在接种处热敷。溃破者可用龙胆紫涂于局部。 2 加重反应 ①接种处慢性溃疡,深度在0.5mm以上,长时间不愈,有脓液渗出,日久有肉芽增生。处理可用异烟肼粉撤于溃疡上,或用异烟肼粉包扎。浅表者用龙胆紫涂于患处;②淋巴结肿大直径超过0.1 cm
