价值观对于企业或者是个人均有着相当重要的影响。因而,若企业文化建设能从企业员工价值层面上进行研究,找出员工价值观对于企业管理带来的影响、产生的原因,继而有针对性地进行总结与完善,无疑对加强企业文化建设、增强企业凝聚力、提高企业竞争能力有着重要的意义;为企业在激烈的市场竞争中生存与发展奠定坚实的基础。本文以永和大王餐饮有限公司员工为调查对象,分析员工价值观对企业管理带来的影响,最终提出对员工管理的意见和建议。
Values for business or individuals have a very important impact. Therefore, if the construction of corporate culture can be researched from the perspective of staff’s value, to find out the impact of staff’s values on the management of enterprises, the reasons for their occurrence, and then to carry out targeted and perfect, no doubt to strengthen the building of enterprise culture, enhance Enterprise cohesion, improve the competitiveness of enterprises is of great significance; for enterprises in the fierce competition in the market and lay a solid foundation for survival and development. In this paper, King Restaurant Co., Ltd. Yonghe employees as the investigation object, analyze the impact of employee values on business management, and ultimately put forward opinions and suggestions on staff management.
