目前我国集团企业资金集中管理所面临的一个迫切问题是;如何最大限度地提高集团企业资金的整体使用效益,使资金得到最高回报和创造最大价值,从而实现整合优势。加强集团资金集中管理,加快信息技术的运用,的确已成为我国集团企业管理中需要重点推进的现实问题。
At present, one of the pressing problems facing centralized management of the group enterprise funds in our country is how to maximize the overall utilization efficiency of the group enterprise funds, maximize the return of funds and create the maximum value so as to realize the advantages of integration. Strengthening the centralized management of the Group’s funds and accelerating the application of information technology have indeed become the real problems that need to be emphasized in the management of the group enterprises in our country.
