数控车床由于具有高效率、高精度和高柔性的特点,在机械制造业中得到日益广泛的应用。而在数控车床加工过程中,由于操作不当或程序错误经常会发生各种事故,轻者损坏刀具,工件报废,重者损坏机床的卡盘及电动刀架,严重影响机床精度,甚至危及人身安全。针对这种情况,文章就实训中学生在编程及操作等方面常出现的问题加以总结分析,目的是防患于未然,以便更好地发挥实训的作用,培养合格的专业人才。
Because of its high efficiency, high precision and high flexibility, CNC lathe has been widely used in machinery manufacturing industry. In the CNC lathe machining process, due to improper operation or program errors often happen a variety of accidents, the light damage to the tool, the workpiece scrapped, severe damage to the machine tool chuck and electric turret, seriously affecting the accuracy of the machine, and even endanger personal safety . In view of this situation, the article summarizes the problems frequently encountered in the training of middle school students in terms of programming and operation, and aims to take preventive measures in order to better play the role of training and training of qualified professionals.
