依法治国是被客观实践证明了的行之有效的治国方略,而传统的思想观念在一定程度上仍然影响着人们的思想,同时政治制度、经济基础、文化发展的不配套,使得法治建设进程趋缓。探寻个体公民在法治建设中的地位、作用及责任,以期提高人民大众的法治意识,法治信心以及法治信念,对法治发展具有重大意义。
Governing the country according to law is an effective strategy of running a country ruled by objective practice. However, traditional ideas and concepts still affect people’s thinking to a certain extent. At the same time, the political system, economic foundation and cultural development are not matched, making the progress of rule of law slow. Explore the status, role and responsibility of individual citizens in the construction of the rule of law, with a view to raising the people’s awareness of the rule of law, the confidence of the rule of law and the conviction of the rule of law, is of great significance to the development of the rule of law.
