企业文化是企业经营管理中人力资源管理的重要精神支柱,搞好企业文化的创新性建设就意味着掌握发展的主动权。通过分析煤炭企业人力资源管理中企业文化的重要性,进行现状分析发现存在的主要问题,并针对性的提出对策,以更好地推进煤炭企业人力资源管理工作。
Corporate culture is an important spiritual pillar of human resource management in enterprise management. Doing a good job in building an innovative corporate culture means mastering the initiative in development. By analyzing the importance of corporate culture in the human resources management of coal enterprises, the current status analysis was conducted to find out the major problems, and specific countermeasures were proposed to better promote the human resources management of coal enterprises.
