In this paper, the trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO) impregnated resin in HCI medium for the distribution of gold. The adsorption rate and adsorption isotherm of gold were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The adsorption rate of gold to resin decreased with the increase of temperature. According to the adsorption equilibrium study found that TOPO impregnated resin adsorption Au (Ⅲ) reaction according to the following formula:
