放射性粒子植入是治疗恶性肿瘤的一种新模式,2003~2005年,我们应用125I粒子植入组织间近距离放射治疗肺癌20例。现报告如下。资料与方法:本组20例肺癌患者中,男14例,女6例;年龄48~72岁,平均60岁;Ⅱ期3例,Ⅲ期14例,Ⅳ期3例;高分化1例,中分化12例,低分化7例;鳞癌15例,腺癌5例。CT
Radioactive seed implantation is a new model for the treatment of malignant tumors. From 2003 to 2005, we used 125I seeds to implant interstitial brachytherapy in 20 patients with lung cancer. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods: The group of 20 patients with lung cancer, 14 males and 6 females; aged 48 to 72 years, mean 60 years; Ⅱ period in 3 cases, Ⅲ in 14 cases, Ⅳ in 3 cases; 1 case of well-differentiated, Differentiation in 12 cases, poorly differentiated in 7 cases; squamous cell carcinoma in 15 cases, adenocarcinoma in 5 cases. CT
