While many companies are making the ISO 90 0 1: 2000 rollout, understanding the ISO 9001 standard correctly is the foundation and key to ensuring the effective operation and continuous improvement of the quality management system. According to the characteristics of construction enterprises, this paper analyzes the unfavorable factors of the application of statistical techniques, clarifies the requirements of the standard for statistical techniques, puts forward the control methods of applied statistical techniques, and introduces several commonly used statistical techniques.
