目的对神经电生理检查在吉兰巴雷综合征中的临床效果进行研究分析。方法选取吉兰巴雷综合征患者31例,均进行神经电生理检测,包括肌电图、F波、感觉神经传导速度及运动神经传导速度。结果感觉神经传导速度及运动神经传导速度均有所减慢,各占67%、71%。上下肢出现神经远端潜伏期延长,65%出现神经源性改变。结论神经电生理检查能够有效对吉兰巴雷综合征患者做出监测,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of electrophysiological examination in Guillain-Barre syndrome. Methods Thirty-one patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome were involved in electrophysiological examination, including EMG, F wave, sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity. Results Sensory nerve conduction velocity and motor nerve conduction velocity slowed down, each accounting for 67%, 71%. The upper and lower extremities showed prolonged nerve distal latency, neurogenic changes in 65%. Conclusion The neuroelectrophysiological examination can effectively monitor patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome and is worthy of clinical application.
