职业技能大赛是我国在新形势下对职业教育工作的重要革新。随着技能大赛如火如荼的举办,已在社会上得到了各高职院校与企业的充分肯定。“以赛促教”这种新型模式,将企业对人才需求的标准带入日常教学中,构建了一个职业院校与企业之间沟通合作的平台。笔者分析了职业技能大赛在深化校企合作之间的优势,具有一定的现实意义。
