人才培养模式是在一定的教育思想和教育理论的指导下,为实现培养目标而采取的教育教学活动的组织形式和运作方式,是培养怎样的人和怎样培养人的统一。本文针对中草药栽培与鉴定专业人才培养目标和现状,总结几年来人才培养工作经验,提出“三元四段”人才培养模式,希望为普通高等院校涉农专业人才培养模式的创新与发展提供参考性建议。
Under the guidance of certain educational thoughts and educational theories, the mode of personnel training is the organizational form and mode of operation of education and teaching activities adopted in order to achieve the goal of training. It is what kind of person should be trained and how to cultivate people’s unification. This article aims at the goal and status quo of cultivation and identification professionals of Chinese herbal medicine, summarizes the past few years of personnel training work experience, put forward “three yuan four sections” personnel training model, hoping for ordinary agricultural colleges and universities agriculture professionals training mode innovation and development Provide reference suggestions.
