标准化的原理是从标准化的实践过程中总结出来的,并随着科学技术的日新月异,还在不断深化和发展。其基本原理有:简化原理、统一原理、协调原理和最优化原理。下面结合目标管理中的几个实际问题,对上述原理作以阐述。
The principle of standardization is summed up from the standard practice, and with the ever-changing science and technology, it is constantly deepening and developing.
