Recently, Stanford University professor Mockers pointed out 10 criteria in the modernized countries: First, the per capita gross national product reached more than 3,000 U.S. dollars (our country is 300 U.S. dollars). Second, agricultural output accounts for 12-15% of GNP (36% in China). Third, the tertiary industry accounts for more than 45% of the GNP (22% of our country). Fourth, non-agricultural employment accounted for more than 70% of the total employed population (our country accounted for 39%). Fifth, literacy accounts for more than 80% of the total population (66% of our country). Sixth, age
