超声引导改良颈脊神经后内侧支阻滞诊断与治疗颈椎小关节紊乱症:一例报道与文献复习

本文报道1例超声引导改良行颈脊神经后内侧支阻滞诊断与治疗颈椎小关节紊乱症的过程,获得了良好的效果。超声侧颈部短轴扫描可以同时看到神经根和小关节外侧缘后内侧支,采用平面内穿刺技术,能实时显像穿刺针行进过程并将药物注射到靶点,可最大限度地减少神经血管损伤,减少相关并发症的发生。此方法简单易行、安全、准确度高,是传统方法的一种改良。总结其治疗经验并复习文献,供临床医生参考。
