选择山东、上海4个工厂共计5875位工人为研究对象,采用回顾性定群研究的方法探讨了甲醛的致癌性。结果表明:接触甲醛组肿瘤死亡率(251.97/10万)显著高于非接触组(137.76/10万),相对危险度为1.83。用poisson回归调整性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、接触年限等变量后,其差异仍具有显著性,相对危险度为2.08,95%的可信限为1.51~2.87。因此研究表明,甲醛可能是引起肿瘤死亡的危险因素之一。
A total of 5,875 workers from 4 factories in Shandong and Shanghai were chosen as the research object, and the carcinogenicity of formaldehyde was explored by retrospective cohort study. The results showed that the tumor death rate (251.97 / 100 000) in the formaldehyde group was significantly higher than that in the non-contact group (137.76 / 100 000), with a relative risk of 1.83. The poisson regression adjusted for gender, age, smoking, drinking, years of exposure and other variables, the difference is still significant, the relative risk of 2.08, 95% confidence limits of 1.51 to 2.87. Therefore, studies have shown that formaldehyde may be one of the risk factors of tumor death.
