Web2.0的应用与发展为企业信息资源管理带来机遇与挑战。它赋予企业信息资源及其管理更丰富的内涵。基于集成的理念和人本思想,从企业战略、体制和业务层面,对Web2.0环境下企业信息资源管理体系的重构进行了探讨,指出Web2.0环境下企业信息资源管理的两个重要发展方向是基于Web2.0的企业知识管理和Web2.0的企业级应用——Enterprise 2.0。
The application and development of Web2.0 brings opportunities and challenges for enterprise information resource management. It gives enterprise information resources and their management more abundant connotations. Based on the concept of integration and people-oriented thinking, this paper discusses the reconstruction of enterprise information resource management system under the Web2.0 environment from enterprise strategy, system and business level, and points out two important issues of enterprise information resource management under Web2.0 environment. The direction of development is based on Web 2.0-based enterprise knowledge management and Web 2.0 enterprise-level application - Enterprise 2.0.
