在全体党员中开展“学党章党规、学系列讲话,做合格党员”学习教育,是加强党的思想政治建设的重大战略部署。两学一做,重在落实,国企党员干部,通过学习更要加强自身能力建设。当前,国企改革发展正处于攻坚阶段,加强国企党员干部能力建设,是提升企业核心竞争力、做强做大国企的迫切需要,是解决企业领导干部自身存在的突出问题、增强创造力、凝聚力、战斗力的现实要求。
