作者对硫酸二甲酯职业接触人群外周血淋巴细胞以及硫酸二甲酯染毒大鼠骨髓细胞染色体进行分析。结果表明:硫酸二甲酯对接触者及受试动物体细胞具有诱变作用,且对后者诱变作用呈剂量——效应关系。
The authors analyzed the chromosomes of bone marrow cells from peripheral blood lymphocytes exposed to dimethyl sulfate and exposure to dimethyl sulfate in rats. The results showed that dimethyl sulfate had a mutagenic effect on the somatic cells of the contact animals and the test animals, and the dose-effect relationship was induced by the latter.
