初中实行九年义务教育,小学毕业生全部升入初中,学生素质参差不齐,对知识的领悟与掌握能力的差距很大,这势必对初中阶段的数学教学带来一定的难度。在这种形势下,教师如果仍旧沿用过去在同一教材下采用统一要求,同一方法来授课,必然不能充分照顾学生的个体差异,不能很好地贯彻“因材施教”的原则,不利于学生的充分发展,甚至会出现严重的两极分化。为避免此种情况,根据学生的实际水平,把学生分成 A,B,C 三组(A 组为高层学生,B 组为中层学生,C 组为低层学生)实行分层教学,经过多年实践证明它是行之有效的,现就此话题做如下探讨:
