斜纹夜蛾是粮食、棉花、油料和蔬菜等作物的重要害虫之一。斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒能够使斜纹夜蛾幼虫发病而死亡,人们利用某些昆虫病毒防治害虫,已经收到显著的效益。本文应用电子显微技术,对斜纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒在其宿主体内的装配进行了研究。从一系列不同的感染时间,分别对其发病幼虫的脂肪、气管、中肠等三种组织取材,按常规超薄切片法的程序处理,在LKB—2128型超薄切片机上切制,经染色后,于JEM—100C型电镜下观察,通过大量切片的分析,结果表明如下:
