反腐败是一项系统工程,目前的主要问题是:缺乏发挥作用的民间反腐败组织;舆论对反腐败监督苍白乏力;国家反腐败机构职能缺乏科学配置。可借鉴“透明国际”反腐败组织的做法在中国成立一个不受政府和党派利益拘束和干扰的民间性反腐组织。发挥民间组织的反腐力量,推动中国的反腐败斗争向纵深发展,应该遵循公正无私、来源数据准确可靠、公布信息及时等原则。
Anti-corruption is a systematic project. The main problems at present are: the lack of effective non-governmental anti-corruption organizations; the weak public opinion on anti-corruption supervision; and the lack of scientific allocation of the functions of the state anti-corruption agencies. We can learn from the practice of “transparent international” anti-corruption organizations to establish a civil anti-corruption organization in China that is free from the constraints and interference of the interests of the government and the parties. Give full play to the anti-corruption forces of non-governmental organizations and promote the anti-corruption struggle in China to develop in depth. We should follow the principles of impartiality and impartiality, accurate and reliable source data and timely publication of information.
