本文对流遍股回购方式之一的荷兰式拍卖进行了重点分析,在指出其他方式不足的同时,也提出了荷兰式拍卖的适用局限性。
This article focuses on the Dutch auction, one of the ways of repurchasing, and points out the inadequacy of other methods. At the same time, it also puts forward the applicable limitations of Dutch auction.
