高职培养的汽车类人才为我国汽车产业的发展做出了突出的贡献。但是,毕业生低水平的高就业率、较高的专业不对口率、较低的业内稳定率,显示出高职汽车类院校的人才培养不具有不可替代性。本文通过青年汽车学院办学模式和工学结合人才培养模式的创新实践,提出高职汽车类院校培养不可替代性人才的实施途径,为高职汽车类院校培养不可替代性人才的路径研究提供借鉴。
The automobile talents trained by higher vocational colleges have made outstanding contributions to the development of China’s automobile industry. However, the low level of graduates’ high employment rate, the high degree of professional mismatch rate and the low industry stability rate show that the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges is not irreplaceable. Based on the innovation of running mode of young automobile college and the training mode of combination of work and study, this paper puts forward the ways to cultivate irreplaceable talents in higher vocational colleges of motor vehicles, and provides reference for the research on the path of cultivating irreplaceable talents in higher vocational colleges. .
