随着医学科学的不断发展,急救医学逐渐兴起。目前全国急救中心站已达60余个,大中城市医院大多建立了急诊科,有的还建立了“ICU”(重症监护病房),“CCU”(冠心病监护病房),传呼手段,运输工具也有了一些改善。但就国内城市急救工作来看,尤其各大企业的急救工作还很弱,远远不能满足群众需要。现代医学指出:急救医学的发展,急救成效的优劣,不仅标志着一个医院,一个地区的医学水平,也代表着一个国家的医学水平。它不仅对抢救患者的生命起到重要作用,并且对集体的重大意外事故亦有战略意义。关于大型企业的急救医疗发展,健全体制、制定规章制度、完善措施是我们企业医疗卫生部门的重要任务。
With the continuous development of medical science, emergency medicine has gradually emerged. At present, there are more than 60 national emergency center stations. Most of the large and medium-sized urban hospitals have set up emergency departments, and some have established “ICU” (intensive care unit), “CCU” (coronary care unit), paging methods, and transportation tools. There has also been some improvement. However, judging from the domestic urban emergency service, the emergency services of major companies are still very weak, and they are far from meeting the needs of the people. Modern medicine points out that the development of emergency medicine and the effectiveness of emergency treatment not only signify the level of a hospital, the medical level of a region, but also represent the medical level of a country. It not only plays an important role in saving the lives of patients, but also has strategic significance for collective major accidents. With respect to the development of emergency medical services for large enterprises, improving the system, formulating rules and regulations, and improving measures are important tasks for the medical and health departments of our company.
