通过实验总结和分析了鞍钢中型热轧角钢(7.5~10号)的力学性能、金相组织与控冷工艺的关系:终冷温度对角钢的强塑性起着决定性作用,A3.16Mn角钢的终冷温度控制在700~650℃范围内具有较高的强塑性配合;碳当量C_eq影响A3、16Mn角钢控冷后强化效果,一般碳当量高强化效果大;A3角钢经轧后控冷后欲达到16Mn角钢的力学性能水平,需使碳当量C_eq≥_0.27,终冷温度控制在700~650℃范围内。
