我们草滩农场,地处西安市北郊,离城40余华里。全场有26个基层单位,共7,000多人口。我们在没有大的文化娱乐场所的情况下,坚持从实际出发,因陋就简,积极开展形式多样的文体括动,不断丰富职工群众的文化生活。巡回放映电影,满足职工需要。我场在基层生产单位共设固定放映点7处,机动放映点3处。农场电影队,每年除“三夏”大忙季节短期停映以外,不论是炎热的夏天还是寒冬腊月,坚持把电影送到基层,送到职工家门口放映。从1979年元月至1981年4月,共放映各类影片901场,平均每月放映32场,基本上保证职工周周都能看上一次电影,充分发挥了电影的宣传教育作用。此外,每个基层单位都有一台电视机,业余时间向职工开放。
