一、概述: 目前在型腔模加工中,对减少繁重的钳工劳动,改进模具结构,缩短加工周期提出了愈来愈迫切的要求。KD-OI型可控硅式电火花成型加工机床是为加工型腔模,特别是为加工电器、仪表制造工业中的胶木模、塑料模、压铸模,在北京低压电器厂和中国科学院电工研究所的工人、干部、技术人员的共同努力下而设计的。由于这类模具较之锻模要求更高的加工精度和加工光洁度;因此本机床设计了两个可控硅脉冲电源。即:具有高生产率和低电极耗损的粗加工电源以及具有高精度和高光洁度的精加工电源。中规准则由粗加工电源的弱规准和精加工电源的强规准组成。
