对冷轧DP780热镀锌带钢表面亮点缺陷进行了扫描电镜分析,结果显示,缺陷处为低平区,最薄处锌层厚度约2μm,有针孔状漏镀。缺陷处的抑制层附近向锌层一侧有明显的尺寸较大的含大量Al、Fe的颗粒状物质,尺寸约1μm,向基体一侧有氧化颗粒,而正常区域的抑制层附近氧化程度较轻。通过控制锌渣和气刀参数有效降低了亮点缺陷的发生。
The cold spot DP780 hot dip galvanized strip surface bright spot defects were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, the results show that the defect is low flat zone, the thinnest zinc layer thickness of about 2μm, a pinhole-like leakage plating. In the vicinity of the inhibition layer at the defect, a significant amount of granular material containing a large amount of Al, Fe, having a size of about 1 μm and having oxidized particles on the side of the substrate, was obviously formed on the side of the zinc layer, whereas the degree of oxidation near the suppression layer in the normal region light. By controlling the dross and air knife parameters effectively reduce the bright spot defects.
