本文通过对MgO-MgCl_2-H_2O系统硬化过程的研究和对硬化产物的鉴定,提出了MgO-MgCl_2-H_2O系统水化硬化反应的实质是水解一中和反应。最终硬化产物主要是Mg(OH)_2。对系统的硬化过程可划分为六个阶段:水化和水化产物溶解阶段;胶体化阶段;凝聚阶段;再结晶阶段;干燥阶段和碳化阶段.并对MgCl_2在系统硬化过程中的作用进行了分析与研究.
In this paper, through the study of the hardening process of MgO-MgCl 2 -H 2 O system and the identification of the hardened products, it is proposed that the hydration-neutralization reaction is the essence of the hydration hardening reaction of the MgO-MgCl 2 -H 2 O system. The final hardening product is mainly Mg(OH)2. The hardening process of the system can be divided into six stages: hydration and hydration product dissolution stage; colloidization stage; agglomeration stage; recrystallization stage; drying stage and carbonization stage. The role of MgCl 2 in the system hardening process is performed. Analysis and research.
