本文分析了人力资本与国际引文技术知识扩散互动的内在机制,构建了包含人力资本水平与国际引文技术知识扩散量两个方程的联立模型,并进一步将人力资本分为异质型与同质型人力资本,以我国地区面板数据为样本,实证检验不同人力资本与国际引文技术知识扩散的互动关系。结果表明,总体人力资本显著促进了国际引文技术知识扩散,且国际引文技术知识扩散也具有显著的人力资本增值效应,二者之间存在互动的良性循环。就人力资本的进一步分类表明,异质型人力资本与国际引文技术知识扩散之间已经形成良性互动关系,但由于同质型人力资本水平较低,其与国际引文技术知识扩散之间尚未形成互动关系。
This paper analyzes the internal mechanism of interaction between human capital and international citation knowledge diffusion and constructs a simultaneous model of two equations including the level of human capital and the diffusion of knowledge of international citation technology and further divides human capital into heterogeneous and homogeneous Type human capital, taking the panel data of our country as a sample, this paper empirically tests the interactive relationship between different human capital and the diffusion of international citation technology knowledge. The results show that the overall human capital significantly promotes the diffusion of knowledge of international citation technology and the diffusion of knowledge of international citation technology also has significant human capital value-added effects, with a virtuous circle of interaction between the two. Further classification of human capital shows that there has been a benign interaction between heterogeneous human capital and the diffusion of knowledge of international citation technology. However, due to the low level of homogenous human capital, there is no interaction with the diffusion of knowledge of international citation technology relationship.
