高职与本科“3+2”分段培养是现代职业教育体系的实现途径之一,其关键在于人才培养方案的研究和设计。本文围绕国际商务专业“3+2”培养模式,分析了分段培养目标及升学转段条件,在试点实践的基础上总结经验,以期能在其他专业或兄弟院校推广试点成果。
Higher vocational and undergraduate “3 +2 ” segmentation training is one of the ways to achieve modern vocational education system, the key lies in the research and design of personnel training programs. Based on the training mode of international business major and “3 + 2 ”, this article analyzes the target of graduation training and the conditions for further study and summarizes the experience on the basis of the pilot practice so as to promote the pilot achievement in other major or brother college.
