连续铸钢中获得的经验及铸坯凝固方面的理论计算,对以确保铸坯质量的二次冷却度制提出了以下基本要求: (1)铸坯在整个结晶过程中,其表面温度应持续下降,在任何区域均不应发生表面回温现象以最大限度的降低铸坯的内应力; (2)铸坯在每段长度上的周边表面温度一样; (3)铸坯表面温度沿长度方向平缓下降,温降速度取决于钢种和拉坯速度,凝固终了时降至800℃(对于某些钢种还要高些); (4)在铸坯出结晶器进入二次冷却区的过程中,导热速度的变化无剧烈波动;
The experience gained in continuous casting and the theoretical calculation of slab solidification puts forward the following basic requirements to ensure the secondary cooling degree of slab: (1) The surface temperature of the slab should be constant throughout the crystallization process Decline in any area should not occur in the phenomenon of surface temperature to minimize slab internal stress; (2) slab in each length of the peripheral surface of the same temperature; (3) slab surface temperature along the length direction Gentle decline, the rate of temperature drop depends on the steel and casting speed, the end of solidification down to 800 ℃ (for some steel even higher); (4) in the slab out of the mold into the secondary cooling zone In the heat transfer rate changes without dramatic fluctuations;
