学校的办学理念、民主决策、校园文化、德育工作都是引领学校发展的重要因素。陶行知的教育精神是我们整个中华民族应该珍惜与弘扬的精神财富。他的教育精神超越时空,在当今中国的教育改革中依然有其十分重要的借鉴意义。正是博大精深丰厚的陶行知教育精神引领着我校的办学之路,是“学陶”促进了我校科学发展,促进了学生健康成长,促进了教师专业成长。
School’s concept of running a school, democratic decision-making, campus culture, and moral education are important factors that lead the school’s development. Tao Xingzhi’s educational spirit is the spiritual wealth that we Chinese as a whole should cherish and carry forward. His educational spirit transcends the time and space and still has its very important referential significance in the educational reform in China today. It is the profound and profound education of Tao Xingzhi who lead the school-running path of our university. It is “Learning Tao” which has promoted the scientific development of our university, promoted the healthy growth of students and promoted the professional growth of teachers.
