案例背景五沙科技工业园位于广东省佛山市顺德区大良街道,园区内有企业122家,成立工会的企业达50家,员工逾2万名,外来务工人员占80%以上。园区企业多数没有厂区内宿舍,员工多数住在公司租赁的员工村宿舍或附近的村居出租屋内。园区距离大良中心地段车程在1小时左右,附近缺少休闲娱乐设施,员工平时多留在宿舍玩手机、打电脑游戏等,职工间的社交活动也较少。2013年3月社工站进驻园区员工村,
Case Background Wusha Technology Industrial Park is located in Daliang Street, Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province. There are 122 enterprises in the park, 50 enterprises have set up unions, more than 20,000 employees and more than 80% of migrant workers. Most enterprises in the park do not have dormitories in the factory, and most of the employees live in staff dormitories or near village rental houses rented by the company.
