在党的“调整”方针和“六个优先”政策的指导下,我们轻纺工业可说得天独厚,经济效果也较好。全局完成的工业总产值和利润,七九年比七八年分别增长13.4%和57%,八○年比七九年又分别增长15.47%他33%我们能够取得上述成果,一是抓质量,上品种,努力使产品适销对路。我们的产品目前是畅销的,有不少的是供不应求,少数质次、价商、不对路。总的讲,增产增销是利润增长的主要原因,许多企业注意市场调查,坚持按需生产,市食品工业公司通过市场调查,积极抓短线,变档次;大上新产品,对一度滞销的味精努力提高质量,主动二次降价,迅速变滞为俏,生产大幅度增长。全公司提前二个月完成全年产值计划,提前三个月完成全年利润计划。
