压缩机气阀的气密性对压缩机排气量、容积比能、级间压力比以及排气温度都有重要的影响。压缩机排气过程中,气体经不密封的进气阀泄漏到压缩机外,或在进气过程中,气体经不密封的排气阀,由排气腔漏入气缸,都将使排气量降低,能耗增加;并加速杯形塑料阀片与阀座密封面的腐蚀及磨损。这种现象在实际检修中明显可见(见图1)。另外,排气阀泄漏可导致缸内气体温度及排气温度升高,气阀表面积炭,气体通流面积变小。
