1病例报道患者,女,27岁。起病为鼻塞流涕,之后出现头痛发热,咳嗽咳痰,恶心呕吐,最高体温39.5℃。外院血常规:白细胞9.34×109/L,中性粒细胞82.9%,胸片提示两肺纹理增多,头颅CT(-),口服抗生素后发热头痛加重收入我科病房。患者有重症肌无力Ⅱb型病史4年,长期使用激素及免疫抑制
1 case reported patients, female, 27 years old. The onset of nasal obstruction runny nose, followed by headache fever, cough and sputum, nausea and vomiting, the highest temperature 39.5 ℃. Outside the hospital blood routine: white blood cells 9.34 × 109 / L, neutrophils 82.9%, chest X-ray showed increased lung texture, cranial CT (-), oral antibiotics after fever headache increased income in our ward. Patients with myasthenia gravis type Ⅱ b history of 4 years, long-term use of hormones and immunosuppression
