2002年10月,中国美术家协会在桂林召开以“民族性与现代化”为主题的全国美术理论会议。为配合这一会议主题,广西美术家协会、广西艺术学院、桂林画院联合主办“广西中国画邀请展”,并纳入会议工作日程。参加画展的作者有十六人,作品计160多幅,画展主题“注重研究和探索中国传统绘画的当代形态及表现形式,注重反映中国人的精神追求,注重每一个生命的感受和体现”,参展作者们坚持中国画独特样式的研究和探索。在此,本刊选编了部分作品与同道研讨。
In October 2002, the Chinese Artists Association held a national art theory conference with the theme of “national character and modernization” in Guilin. To tie in with the theme of this conference, Guangxi Artists Association, Guangxi Arts Institute and Guilin Painting Institute jointly sponsored “Guangxi Chinese Painting Invitation Exhibition” and put them into the work schedule of the conference. There are 16 artists participating in the exhibition, more than 160 works in total, the theme of the exhibition is “focusing on researching and exploring contemporary forms and forms of Chinese traditional painting, paying attention to reflecting the spiritual pursuit of Chinese and paying attention to the feeling and expression of every life” The participating artists insist on the unique style of Chinese painting research and exploration. Here, we selected a part of the work and fellow discussion.
