山东省经委决定,从1995年起,在全省企业中实施“管理示范工程”。具体意见如下: 一、实施“管理示范工程”的主要内容和范围 “管理示范工程”,即在政府的统一指导下,在全面加强企业管理的基础上,选拔、认定一批基础过硬、手段先进、示范带动作用强的管理示范企业,作为全省企业管理的样板,并认真总结推广这些企业的先进经验,推动全省企业管理再上一个新台阶。管理示范工程主要包括管理达标、管理示范和管理互助活动三个方面的内容。
