本文根据HG-670/140-9锅炉在陡河电厂实际运行和测试数据,论述了本炉的设计特点和运行性能。由于本炉能够较好地燃用开滦、大同、西山等矿多种煤,可带满负荷运行,效率也较高。受到了用户的高度评价。本章根据运行工况的测试结果,讨论了影响炉膛出口温度的因素。认为实际火焰中心位置偏高,可能是导致哈锅厂某些锅炉实际出口温度超出设计值的一个原因。建议今后锅炉设计应留有一定的余量,以适应我国电站燃煤品种的多变性。
Based on the actual operation and test data of HG-670 / 140-9 boiler in Douhe Power Plant, this paper discusses the design features and operating performance of the furnace.
